I have had enough of rogers ignite constantly freezing up, sound cutting and screen going Black. I have called Rogers several time and same answer- unplug modem or unplug TV box. Rogers is not full filling their end of contract so we should be able to break at no cost

I understand that constantly freezing up like that is far from ideal. I would like to investigate the history of this issue and troubleshoot further.
If we cannot solve this issue via troubleshooting, we'd have to send out a tech to have a closer look. Have you had a tech visit arranged as of yet?

I just got off the phone with Rogers, they had me do a video call to check boxes and wiring but during the call my internet stopped working. So after several calls and god know how much time on hold and plugging and unplugging boxes a tech is finally coming to house tomorrow

IF your issue is related to the following thread, then the tech visit may not bear any fruit...
Lots of people affected the last couple of days.
