I need some help.
I recently started at a company that has a Epp, program with rogers. I was already a customer, so I went on to the Epp site to see what deals they had. I had to verify my identity using my company email and personal rogers account.
After finally getting to the page, I realised my current plan was a lot better than the Epp plans. I close the page and moved on with my life. Today I recieve my monthly bill, with a 56$ Epp charge. My plan hasn't changed, just a extra charge.
I called customer care, and was told that is the membership fee of Epp, even tho I didn't take a Epp plan. Then the agent said the charge was probably hidden in ten terms and conditions. They offered to take 50% of the charge off. ?????
Like I'm so confused. What am I paying for?
