Auto-pay Credit Not Applied (Rogers Mobility Account, Black Friday Deal)

Anyone else not getting their Auto-Pay discount applied?

Black Friday promotion: $45, but it's really $55 and only brought down to $45 when you sign up to auto-pay your bill.

I called customer service, and they stated we only get it after the second month's bill. We'll see if that's the case.

Too bad about these billing issues, because once the 15-day period is over, there's no recourse if they renege.
