Phone return stuck in postal strike = a 14 days to pay my 800.00 bill

Farmor
I've been around

My phone to be returned is stuck in the postal strike. I received a text saying in 14 days I will be cut off if I don't pay for the phone. Ok, I called and was told I need to call back closer to the cut off date and hopefully the phone will be released before then. So not amused. My account is not showing an issue so I need to wait until the issue I received the text about  shows up on my record for them to address the problem. I seriously hope they have a solution ready as this is call number 2 from me about the phone being caught in transit. I am so not impressed and will be stressing until it can be dealt with by customer service. You'd think if they are going to shoot out the text saying you'll be cut off in 14 days it would be able to be resolved when you call in??

The Canada Post strike won't be ending anytime soon. Hwre's hoping Rogers is more understanding of the situation when you call back.
