You've definitely come to the right place. Just need a little bit more info to assist you further. Is this for a cellphone? What kind of device is it? A Google search shows the icon appears when the the VoLTE is turned on. Is this the case for you?

We would need to know the model you're using to recommend anything further.

Please, how about on a Huawei P30 Pro.  Just got it and it has the 'HD' icon in top left all the time.  Thank you.

Welcome to the Rogers Community Forums :)!

The HD icon appears on the screen when VoLTE is turned on.  If you turn off the feature, the icon will disappear.
