NOTE: We have a Cell Phone plan with two phones. The voice mail was set up for one but I could not set it up for the other. There are on line instructions to hold down the 1 on the phone to get further instructions, but I would just get a voice that said the phone was not registered. I went on CHAT and explained. That and is when I finally got the right instructions sent to the phone to set up voice mail.
