Placing a Sim chip in I need help with that. I can't seem to get the door open? Anyone out there that knows how to do that

You have the Pin to open the SIM/SD card drawer? Push the pin into the hole top left (screen facing you) and it should pop up enough to get your finger nail under & pull up 🐧
