Can't receive pictures via text- BlackBerry KeyTwo

I have a keyTwo and cannot download pictures in text/mms

Welcome to the Rogers Community and thanks for your post! I completely understand how important it is to receive picture and video messages.

Firstly, we need to make sure your data is turned on in your mobile network settings. This is mandatory whether or not your plan includes data.

1. Swipe down from the top of the screen once using two fingers, or twice using one finger.
2. Tap ⚙️> Network & internet > Cellular networks

Are you using an unlocked device or is it a Rogers phone? If it's unlocked you may need to manually enter your device's Access Point Name (APN). It should match the following :

APN: ltemobile.apn
Username: Not required
Password: Not required
Server: 172.25.0.107
MMSC: http://mms.gprs.rogers.com
MMS Proxy: 10.128.1.69
MMS Port: 80
MCC: 302
MNC: 72 (If that doesn't work try 720, it's already filled in, leave it at what it is)
APN Type: Internet + MMS

As you can see, this one is for data and MMS. If data transmissions already work, you may not have to input two APNs.

I have a really old Blackberry that still works.

Where can I buy a new model as I don't see any stores in Canada that sell them.

My old Blackberry and I also have an old Motorola that actually still work better that the new Samsungs that my wife and I have now.

You can purchase/upgrade the device either online or by visiting a store. Currently, we have BlackBerry KEY2 LE available. However, there are many great choices available for you to consider from other manufacturers.
