I ordered a new iPhone 15 pro on April 3, 2024. The agent said it was in stock and would be shipped immediately.
After going back to the app it said the phone was back ordered. It’s been 3 weeks now.

It can be disheartening when expectations aren’t met, especially when you were told the phone was in stock and ready for immediate shipment. Did you order it online or through the rep?
