I transitioned from Shaw and I probably made an error setting up my iPhones. I have two lines, now all the text messages come to both, no matter to which number they are sent.
I keep calling Customer service and get a message it's closed - it's a regular work day, Dec 27 at about 10:30 am in Toronto

I'm not an expert on this, however, this is probably only happening for iMessages, not regular texts...
