Apple Watch 8 Error During Cellular Data Setup

I've been around

I am receiving error WS300 when trying to set up Cellular Data through the Watch app. I have visited two stores and the staff have not been able to provide me with a solution. Can anyone help?

Thank you for your post here on the Rogers Community Forums! The Apple Watch is certainly a great accessory, and we would be glad to see if we can get this resolved for you.
 

On which step, when you are attempting to add the cellular data, are you getting the error message? If it is on the step where you need to add the 911 address, please check your address with Canada Post by going to https://www.canadapost-postescanada.ca/ac/ to ensure you are entering it exactly as they have it on there.
 

It does need to be exact, or you can get an error. If that is not the issue, please let us know further details below so that we can take a further look into this for you.

I've been here awhile

This solution does not work. I have tried loading my address exactly per Canada post with no success. Tried multiple times, tried various versions, still no success. Please help as I have been trying to get my watch connected now for 2 days, multiple rogers chats, over a 100 in the que, multiple calls to support, dropped support, support staff who don't know what they are doing, etc., etc., etc., Seems no one gets a good result with Rogers.  I had one tech who knew what she was doing, followed up, got several issues resolved, and got back to me. Unfortunatelyd out of at least 6 techs, she was the only one who could resolve things and I have no way of getting back to her to get the watch connected. WS300 error code. Someone help please!!!!!!!!!!!

  1. The issue has been resolved. The address entry had to be tried 10-15 times to determine how it would be accepted. Even then the system showed 2 addresses to select from. The Rogers experience has been the most frustrating vendor change I have ever had.
