Hello,
I am trying to setup Cellular through the app. I get an error message "We're sorry we are unable to proceed with your request at this time." This is after I have selected a plan. I got past this the first time and it seemed to get stuck when requesting information for the 9-1-1 number. Most times I cannot even log in.

You've definitely come to the right place. Do you see an error code along with the message above? If you're getting stuck on the 9-1-1 step, I would recommend you to verify the address with Canada Post by clicking here. Please make sure you enter the exact address as it appears on the website.
It would help if you can upload the screenshot of the last step and the error message. Please make sure you blur any visible personal info in the image.
