Voicemail not playing

Hello! I've had this problem since I switched to Rogers but despite having a voice mail recording, it doesnt play when I'm called. I keep making sure its turned on and still there but it still wont play when I'm called.

In some cases the ONLY way to fix a issue with voicemail, you MUST call in, the reps on the phone have the necessary tools that can fix it, this is NOT something you can do yourself.
