Voicemail - Number Not Recognized by Mailbox.

When i try to access my voicemail it asks me to input my phone number with my aream code. When i do that it says your phone number is not recognized by mail box number something. What should i do any suggestions?

  • Is this the first time you are accessing your voicemail or has it been set up before and suddenly stopped working?
  • Have you made any changes recently to your wireless subscriptions?
  • When was the last time you can recall it working?
  • Can you try calling your phone number and see what it says when it gets to the voicemail?
