Very bad service quality

allansuarez
I've been around

I switched from Bell to Rogers a week ago and the service is very bad. Voice over 5G is useless. People complain they can't hear every other word I say. Data speeds are horrible. I'm in Hamilton and Bell had awesome coverage and speeds but now on Rogers I'm lucky if I get 15mbps down and 1mbps up.

Called technical support, they did some things. They obviously don't know what's going on but they have to go through the motion. The last thing they guy suggested was to go to a Rogers store and swap the physical SIM for an eSIM... as if that's going to work. Needless to say I did that and it didn't do anything to improve the service.

I'm ready to go back to Bell, seriously.Speed TestSpeed Test

Hello @allansuarez,

Welcome to the Rogers Community Forums and we appreciate your first post! Thank you for the additional information regarding the troubleshooting steps that you have completed. When speaking to our support team, were you advised of any network issues that can be impacting your speeds? Are you having this issue regardless of your location or in one specific area? You can also check the network status and report any issue through the MyRogers app by going to the Support tab then Network Aid.

We look forward to your reply!
