I recently got the Samsung galaxy z flip which it's nice because it's smaller and lighter compared to the Samsung S22 which I gave up, after a couple of weeks using it, I kind of regret. The S22 camera was amazing. So I was wondering, if there a way that I can return this cellphone and get the S22 or similar instead?

If you are beyond the 14 day buyers remorse period, unfortunately no. If the device is fully paid off, you could always trade it in towards a device you might like better. You could also sell it privately and use what you get from selling it to purchase the device you would like.
