I just ordered the phone yesterday. No email confirmation whatsoever. I checked live chat (Anna) telling me that the phone is in backorder. Does anyone know how long the wait would be?

Great choice of device! The delivery timeframes can vary depending on the exact model. For e.g. Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra 256GB shows in stock, Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra 512GB shows in stock in Cream and Phantom Black, but shows delivery time frames of over 4 weeks for Lavender and Green.
What is the exact model and colour of your device? It will help us provide you with exact info.

@Sächi, Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra 256GB Lavender currently has a delivery time frame of 2-5 days. However, the delivery time for Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra 512GB Lavender shows as over 4 weeks.

I picked up mine today (March 3), after ordering it today, from the Rogers store in Markville Mall. Phantom Black.512GB

When a device is backordered, that typically means the expected delivery time frame has reached 4+ weeks as @RogersZia mentioned earlier in this thread.
