I purchase my Samsung 23+ from a Rogers store. I currently live in Canada but work in the US. I was hoping I could have an eSIM from a US carrier installed but I seem to be having difficulty getting that completed. Is this something that is allowed? It worked on my previous iPhone 12 from Rogers.

We're sorry to hear about the issue you've encountered. This is a strange occurance as the device should already be unlocked. Are you able to elaborate on the difficulties you're facing?
Have you had the chance to connect with the US carrier to inquire as to why the eSIM is not working and to troubleshoot?
