Will Rogers be whitelisting these devices upon request to use VoLTE, VoNR and WiFi Calling?

Hey @LordDrakkon!
I wish I had more info to share but we offer only limited support for gray market devices. I can't provide comment on whether or not they'll function on the Rogers network.
I'd be interested to hear your experience in using one on our network should you take the plunge on the purchase!

I know Asian devices tend to fall under the grey market policy and are less compatible. I was hoping Rogers might have more of an official stance on a device manufactured in the UK.

One of my lines has a device that Rogers blocks from using VoLTE. The device is compatible but I get that Rogers wants ti sell mire devuces. I was told by Customer Care that Rogers has a special upgrade option to jeeep thise using legacy or grey market devices connected. When I finally got a hold of someone that actually knew about what I was talking about. I was told I needed to go to a Rogers store and my device would be replaced with a Motorola G Play ir a Samsung A15. Why would I surrender a device I own that is worth more than both of those devices combined and performs significantly better all around for the bottom of the barrel offerings that most people actually wouldn't want?! I could literally go to any other Canadian provider and get a better deal on a flagship device for switching. Please tell me Rogers can do a lot better in the next week before I decide to take advantage of an offer from Bell.
