I cannot manage modem in Xfinity App

I've been here awhile
So, before update I use rogers app to configure my modem. After update to Xfinity App I can see a profile tab only. Nothing else

If rebooting your modem and restarting the app doesn't resolve restore app functionality, we may need to zap your modem remotely to fix this specific issue.
