Hello,
I've had my Huawei P20 Pro since January 2018. Recently I've been thinking of upgrading my phone as the battery seems to die out a little bit quicker. I expect that though give the age of it. However, I have debated on keeping it a while longer. Does anyone know how long these phones are supported for? Are they done receiving patches and updates?
I know Canada has banned Huawei products now, like the U.S. did and I'm wondering if it is better to get rid of it now, rather than later.

Greetings @Rangerfied,
Thank you for posting your concern, and welcome to Rogers Community Forums!
Updates are rolled out in batches, and you should see a prompt when a new Android version is made available to your phone.
You can find our OS update schedule here.
If anyone else in the Community has suggestions, please feel free to chime in!
Cheers!

Hi
Thanks for the info. I clicked on the link you provided and see Huawei isn’t on the list. Maybe a later date. I do see Rogers no longer offers Huawei as an option.
Myself, I had a Samsung phone before, but never really cared for it. So, it’s either Google Pixel or Apple, unless I went with TLC, which I’m not familiar with.
More thoughts to think on.
