I recently bought a Samsung A53 device from Mart. Tried a few times to enable the WiFi Calling option but was getting error like Not eligible, contact 611. Understood from the Customer Care that non-Rogers devices are not eligible for WiFi Calling option. Why is that and is there any way to enable WiFi Calling on my phone.

Hello @Santhoshkptm,
Thanks for your post! 🙂
Unfortunately, it is true that if you have a non-Rogers Android device, WiFi Calling will not work and there isn't a way around it as far as I'm aware. Sorry for any disappointment.
Kind regards,
RogersYasmine

It will work and yes, there's a legit way to do it.

I would be interested in trying this. Rogers, just like Bell and Telus only attempt to block WiFi Calling and other features from working to push customers into buying over priced devices from them.
