any way not to use Save and Return?

Timefactor
I've been here awhile

I've been on the website trying to pre-order an S25Ultra without using the Save and Return option.. I can't seem to be able to do it.

I haven't gotten a new phone since the release of the S22Ultra. Normally they would just divide the cost over 24 months and that was it. And that's all I want again. I use my old phones to upgrade my kids phones. And I have a daughter that's really anxious on getting her hands on my S22Ultra, will be a major upgrade to her S9. LOL

Anyways, is the only option to call them or visit a store if I want the S25 Ultra without the Save and return . ? I've been a customer for 20 years and not sure I like this. I get that I could buy it out at the end.. but I don't want that option.. split the total cost across 24 months like you used to do.

Worse case, I guess I'll just buy it upfront from Samsung directly. Because if I'm buying it upfront, no reason to get it from Rogers, better discounts from Samsung currently.

Greetings @Timefactor ,

Thanks for your post and great question!

When going through the device upgrade process online through your MyRogers profile, it will always reflect the 'Save & Return' pricing for a device initially (if available). If you select the device you are interested in and proceed to the next page "Build your plan", here is where it will give you the option to select regular "Financing" if this is your preference. 👍

I hope this helps!
