Winback call

I've been here awhile
I called Roger’s support last week and was told by the agent that he requested a winback call and left a note on my account. My current promotion expires tomorrow is there a number to reach them?

Are you an existing Rogers Wireless customer? If your promotion has expired, please log in to MyRogers for exclusive tagged offers.

 

The Winback team can't call back existing customers.

 

We can only request a callback from the team when there is a recent interaction, an offer was made, and documentation is on the account. If the team has already called you and a request was submitted to call back again, you have to wait for the callback. 

 

We appreciate your patience and understanding.
