Unable to Receive Collect Calls

My phone roesnt allow collect cwlls. How do I change that?

It's likely nothing to do with your phone.  You might have to call Rogers customer service and ask if they allow incoming collect calls and how to enable that feature if it is possible, its also possible rogers may not allow collect calls, so the only way is to call customer service and inquire within
