Is there a theme pack that contains Cozitv and Metv ?

I searched Rogers website and could not find those channels, so I'm guessing the answer is no.

I then searched using my IgniteTV box and got results for both COZI TV and Me TV under YouTube.

Unfortunately Cozitv and Metv are not available in Canada on ANY provider at all, so its not just a Rogers thing, its just not carried here.

Clownfish TV on YouTube has a video suggesting that the cartoon network is done and outsourcing it to Metv. The title of the video is: "Cartoon Network is Getting REPLACED?!". Has there been any announcements by Rogers on Cartoon Network?
