Sudden increase in Monthly Bill!

I'm here a lot
I just received my invoice and it has increased. I have no additional charges, ie long distance or overages.
Has anyone else experienced increase out of the blue? So frustrated with Rogers. I've been a loyal customer since 1992. What I expect is a reason for increase. A notification. An email. A text. Anything before they add it to my monthly bill.
I will be calling them next week to see what it's all about.

There is usually a notification of increase in the bill/statement 3-4 months before the increase takes effect. Unfortunately, many people don't bother reading their bills, so they miss the notice.

Are you positive you are unable to figure out what is the increase causes by? Rogers itemized their invoice charges so it's pretty easy for me to figure it out. Even my 10nyear old child has good eyes they can spot it on our bill. Try looking again. Maybe compare it with an older invoice so you can understand it better

Thank you for your reply. I have scrutinized the invoice, a few times, and compared to previous invoices. I'm still at a loss to why it went up. I'll contact rogers tomorrow and see what they say. I'll post the response once I get it.

57 is right, many people do not read their bills these days. We don't actually know why but it's a true fact.

Sometimes people are promised a credit for so many months on their bill. They get busy so they don't keep track of it and it eventually expires but they don't put two and two together. When you login online you can see more details about when these credits expire.

Hello

I looked at my invoice on a desktop and you are correct.  There was a notification saying there would be an increase. It was typed in light font and I could not see it on my phone.

That is wonderful, if anyone is using online billing, I highly recommend they log on once a month, and download their full cell phone bill and save it to their C Drive
