Hello,
I was wondering if I could get info on voluntarily suspension period. I am going to a vacation and I was planning to put a hold on my mobile service during this 1/5 month. I would like to know if I am still able to receive calls and messages during the suspension period.

When your service us suspended, you will definitely not be able to receive calls. You might be able to receive an incoming text from Rogers but that is more than likely about it. Suspension of a service, even when you ask for that suspension, puts the service on pause. A fifth of a month might not be long enough to meet the minimum requirement to suspend a service. Service suspension requests are meant for more of a longer term period, like 2+ months, not a few days to a week.

Hello,
I am planning to travel abroad for 3-4 months, I need only to receive an incoming text from Rogers. How much do I have to pay per month?

Hi,
If I suspend my mobile plan through the Rogers app but during the suspension period, if I need to cancel the suspension,
1. Do I pay any additional fees?
2. How long does it take for my account to be reactived after cancellation of the suspension?
3. When can I suspend my plan again after a cancellation of the suspension period?
Case: I am travelling abroad for the next couple of months, and during this period I want to suspend my phone number. However, in case I need to have access to my phone number due to Whatsapp reactivation codes, or any governmental login etc. I will be cancelling the suspension. I want to know how I can re-suspend and how much extra to pay on top of the $30/m suspension fee.

You are better off leaving your account suspended the whole time you are away. There is a minimum time your account must be suspended for when activating a suspension. I believe there is a maximum of two suspensions a year as well.

Hi @henrysatio,
Welcome to the Community!
Please check out the Pause your phone plan page for step by step instructions. You can schedule, change and cancel a temporary suspension online through your MyRogers account. You will be billed the temporary suspension fee and any applicable device financing payments.
