Save and Return Final Answer

I've been around

My save and return is up on November 17th

All I want to know is if I wait until Black Friday to upgrade will I be charged the save and return or do I have to return the phone before Nov 17.

I have been told 3 different things by 3 different Rogers employees and I am just looking for a clear answer.

And maybe post this info on your website as there is a lot of confusion around this issue.

Please allow me to clear this up for you!

 

These are the terms of returning your device at the end of your Save & Return term:

 

  • Customers must return the device in the final month of their 2-year term (month 24) or at the time of their early upgrade within the current agreement (months 2-24), early cancellation fees apply.

 

  • Customers must return their device within the last month of their existing term or the Save & Return amount will be automatically charged to their invoice.

 

  • Customers who do not return their device by the end of term will not have an option to return the device unless the return is part of a HUP within 60 days of the term expiry. If the customer completes a HUP within 60 days of the term expiry, the Save & Return amount will be reversed automatically. The credit for the UE amount will appear on the customer's next invoice.
