Recently we noticed mold in our basement. We hired a professional to clean it up and they advised us that a drain pipe looked to be damaged. Today we had a plumber come and found that a Roger’s tech had drilled a hole through the drain pipe which caused all the damage in our basement. How do we have this rectified by Roger’s?
