Returned device not acknowledged

I've been around

I returned a brand new phone unopened that i got 1 week ago, i got a return label which showed it was being returned to CTDI, i dont know what that is but as per purolator tracking the phone was delivered the next day, its been 3 days since, and there has been no acknowledgement of the return neither does any of their customer support reply...I have a big bill that is due for auto debit in 3 days and i don't want anything to be debited..the entire service was cancelled, phone returned, my bill should be zero but customer service cant answer anything after waiting for over an hr to speak with them. How can i contact the office of president for their inability and inefficiency in answering customer requests over the phone.

When I returned some of their hardware, I did not get an acknowledgement.

However, on my "next-month's" invoice, the credit was listed.

If you logon to the "My Rogers" portal, and click on "transactions", can you see the date that the credit was granted?
