Price match problem

Actually I am a new client to Rogers but the first experience with Rogers made me disappointed.

I tried Rogers in Black Friday which really good deal attracted me and I also recommended my friend to join the same plan. The fact was my friend who applied one day after me got the better deal which was 5 dollars less than me. When I come to the store to request the price match the stuff said they were quite busy becasue of Black Friday. They asked me to come back after Nov 30 and I did have 30 days to call back the 5 dollars credit. When I went in Dec the stuff changed the words that I need to call the Rogers representative to solve it. After I try 3 times the online live representative failed to help me and said I am not qualified for the price match. Because offers changes frequently. Today is the last day of the 30 days price protection. I just want to let more people know what is called marketing strategy. When you request it there are tons of criterias you need to reach.

I can understand your frustration with you unable to get the same offer as your friend who signed up shortly after you. There are several time sensitive offers around black Friday, once they expire we no longer have access to those offers.

 

I know this may be disappointing. Please check out your MyRogers profile, periodically, to see if you have any promotional offers available to saver on your bills.
