I recently got a call and was offered a plan and repeatedly told the customer service that I want to keep my phone number that I have been using for the last 18 years. and guess what, they change my phone number.
I do not want this plan and phone number, please cancel my plan as soon as you get this email.
You're staff did not understand what I am trying to say. " I WANT TO KEEP THE SAME NUMBER." and she said yes repeatedly!
I WANT TO CANCEL THIS TRANSACTION!
