An absolute sham. Poor service. This is basically a mafia protection type scam. And then the deductible. Been trying to get a phone replaced/repaired for weeks now. And now I have to wait another week. Shame on you Rogers for partnering up with this sham company.

Got ripped off by likewise. Returned a device and got charged twice for not returning it and they are denying taking money twice when I have proof. Roger's really needs to get another company to do their device protection cause I'm seriously considering switching companies because I'm out $800
