My screen broke over 2 weeks ago. I have Device Protection at $15.99/month. When submitting my claim, I was directed to “LikeWize”, Rogers 3rd party that covers their Device Protection claims. I was told that my device is not covered under rogers - it’s covered by AppleCare, which they had no agreement number for until I started this claim and Rogers created one. Long story short, after 2 weeks of calls back and forth to Rogers and LikeWize I’m told I have to pay between $39-179 to get my screen repaired. Rogers agrees that I should be paying nothing, as shown in the picture above, yet they tell me to call LikeWize back, who transfers me to AppleCare, who won’t repair my screen for free. So, after paying for Device Protection, and this is my first incident, I’m being charged for something I shouldn’t be, and Rogers doesn’t seem to be able to figure out why after 2 weeks and multiple Escalation Calls/numbers. I’m at the end of my rope with Rogers. Customer for 20 years, paying insurance, and I get stiffed without any help or continuity of service.

Hello, @Notahappycamp.
Thank you for joining our Community and being a loyal customer for 20 years. We appreciate your continued support and understand the importance of providing reliable and efficient service.
You being referred to Apple Care while insured with LikeWize seems odd. I understand there were escalations from Rogers's side; however, I suggest contacting LikeWize support and requesting a Tier 2 Escalation to resolve the issue.
Thank you for your patience and understanding!
Regards,
RogersMoin
