Ignite Flex 10 package - not getting all the TOTAL Channels

I've been here awhile

hello

I have had Ignite Flex 10 for a few months now

I understand the process of Flex Channel exchange

However after looking at 

https://www.rogers.com/web/consumer/ignite-bundles/channels

 

and looking at the TOTAL channels for Flex 10
listed channels that should be included in my base package should be

CP24

Slice
CTV Comedy

correct?

I can only get access to those channels IF I add them in through my FLEX selection of 10 channels
I called Rogers and got no where

How do I get my base channels added to my Ignite box?
