I spent half an hour with a rep this morning, first adding my name to my father's account because of his age , and secondly, to change his address which was supposed to already be changed, but apparently not. I guess I was lucky getting a hold of someone in a few minutes, but probably because I pushed the button for technical. Anyways, she attempted to do both, but after several minutes and attempts, and a call back, she switched me to someone else. Went through everything again to get myself added to his account, because he needed to give consent again. So we got through that, and then she said she needed to switch me to customer service to change his services because I bought him a new HD TV, which apparently isn't compatible with his service plan. Sooo, I wait over 2 hours to finally reach someone, and when I do, she informs me that I am not on his account, which I spent an hour doing this morning, and that I cannot be helped.
What is wrong with this company! I am with Roger's also, and myself and my neighborhood are always have service interruptions. It's time for me to find a other provider, unfortunately my father is a little too old for change, and I still have to deal with how to fix this situation
