Dear Rogers Customer Solution Specialist,

 

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my frustration and disappointment with the difficulties I’ve encountered in reaching customer service to discuss a new iPhone 16 Pro Max purchase and to explore options for matching my current plan with an offer I’ve received from another provider.

 

I have been a loyal Rogers customer for several years, but my recent attempts to reach a representative for assistance have been incredibly time-consuming and unproductive. After several attempts and long waits on hold, I have been unable to get the support I need in a timely manner. This level of service is disappointing, especially when I am looking to upgrade my device and potentially modify my plan to ensure it remains competitive with offers from other providers.

 

I am hoping that you can help me with the following:

  1. Purchase of the iPhone 16 Pro Max – I would like to know the options available to me for purchasing the new device and any associated promotions or discounts I may be eligible for.
  2. Review and Adjustment of My Current Plan – Given the competitive offers I’ve received from other providers, I would appreciate if my current plan could be reviewed, and whether it is possible to match or improve upon these offers to retain my business with Rogers.

I value being a Rogers customer, but the lack of accessible support and timely service has left me frustrated and questioning my options. I would appreciate a prompt resolution to these matters and a call back or response at your earliest convenience.
