I financed the phone through Rogers in June 2023. It was recommended that I get Likewize insurance so I did. The phone was stolen, so I went to Rogers - I did not have the $400 deductible at the time so we obtained a new SIM card and used an old phone until I could submit the claim.
I have now been waiting almost 6 months to get a replacement. We submitted a claim, it was denied - took me 4 months to actually get a callback from Likewize only to be told we didn’t have the proper insurance. I went back to Rogers to confirm that we did - called Likewize again still have not heard back. Each time I called I am told a ticket has been made for me to speak to their management team and out of the 20 times I have called in the last six months, I received a call back once. The last time I called, the customer support agent told me that definitely the management team would call back, and the reason they hadn’t called back previously as no tickets have been made. So, each time I called, a ticket was never made for me to speak to the management team.
I escalated to Rogers who told me I would hear back in 48 hours from Likewize and that was over a week ago. This company should be out of business. So incredibly angry and frustrated with this process. I have been told by Rogers that there is nothing that they can do. So I continue to pay for a phone and insurance, for a phone that I do not have. Never using Likewise insurance again, and also considering switching from Rogers to another provider. I don’t understand why Rogers would use such a horrible company for their insurance needs.

I upgraded my iPhone 13 to iPhone 15 Pro and I had likewize protection for both of the phone. Unfortunately, I lost my new phone & claimed online on the likewize website. Those dumb people rejected my claim with no reason given at first. I called them and the advisor told me the claim is “intentionally misleading” due to that it is denied. I requested a callback from the corp. team. I received a call back from Ceicilia (worst csr) and her reason was “Find my” feature was disabled when claim was filed. I suggested her, If I had to do falsely claim it i would have done for iphone 13 too but she was not ready to listen it at all. As every Iphone user knows, by deafault Find My feature is always ON. This is ridiculous answer provided by the Likewize. I have asked for the T&C Pdf for my specific my plan but still no response. I would not suggest to buy this protection plan at all as it is just waste of money. Rogers should think about having the co-partner like this comoany make it worse for them.
