I dont know what can i do
I am already . off from last 10 days ,
I have a device protection with likewize and i sent all docs , but they cant approve my lost phone , i dont know what they need now , i called soo many times to likewize and rogers too but both are helpless
I need help asap
If anyone help me

Thanks for being a part of our forums and for sharing your concerns with the rest of the community. It appears you are having a tough time with your recent device claim through Likewize-- I'm really sorry to hear that. 😞
Since your device protection plan is directly through Likewize, I'm afraid they are the ones who you'd need to continue dealing with to get this matter resolved. By any chance, did they explain to you why they are still unable to complete your request, despite you providing all of the necessary info and paperwork? Have you attempted to escalate the matter to their Tier 2 support or to their management team? If you feel that you are being treated unfairly, I'd definitely recommend doing so.
Hopefully, you are able to get things sorted out with them soon!
