Issue with phone service fee $60, countless chat with specialists , answered feedback and submitted 2 customer feedbacks with no reply . It’s been since May 19,2024 . I can’t find the president office email , it is so frustrating how you treat your customers, can’t wait till my contract ends

We will need some additional info in order to better understand what happened, before we can assist or comment further:
- Are you referring to the $60 Service Set-up fee that is applied when activating a new wireless device?
- Where was the activation completed? (Ex: in-store, over the telephone, through Live Chat, etc.)
- Were you advised that this $60 fee would be credited/waived? If so, was this documented somewhere such as on your paperwork or in your account notes?
