I was chatting online about internet speed and was told by a rep that they can increase and my bill will be cheaper. After everything was done by tv bundle was downgraded and the bill went up. I am on the call with phone support and when I brought up the transcript that was emailed to me, I noticed that ANY reference to dollar amounts such as $155 was changed to $*** in the transcript!! Thankfully I have two screenshots of the chat in progress because I did not know if I would get the full transcript emailed to me. See attached (keep personal info private)
