Can't View Bill on Google Chrome

All I am seeing is this blank screen on Google Chrome. It is fills on Edge, so how do I get Chrome to do the same?

do you have adobe reader installed? what happens when you click Safe PDF? does the file save to your C:\> Drive? can you try opening the file once you save it?  you need an app called Adobe Reader to view almost all bills from any company not just rogers
