We had scheduled a set up of Roger’s services in August. Technician NEVER showed up but we are being billed for a service we do not have. I have tried many times to get the bill removed but without success. Is there anyone out there who has had a similar issue? This charge is starting to impact my credit rating and I can’t get Roger’s customer service to correct THEIR error. They keep saying I need to call and ask for the service to be removed. No one in the billing department seems to be getting the message.

I am sorry to hear that you're having difficulty having this service removed even though it wasn't initially installed. It is correct that you would have to call in if you're looking to have any services cancelled.
