I feel your pain!!!! I couldn’t have said it better myself!Rebooting does nothing and sending someone out is a complete waste of time. They just don’t care. They said when I switched to Ignite, the problems would all disappear.
I’m having the same problem!!!! Trying to watch the Jays and the playoffs with constant freezing, no audio and black screens is infuriating. Unplugging the box does nothing!!!!
