In 2 calls to Roger’s helpline neither mentioned IPhone having its own Voicemail

Also, i got told how to rectify but when i tried to re:set my voice mail. It still doesn't work. Should i got to a service center?

When my phone show a voice mail, i log in and nothing is recorded. It seems to be inconsistent, sometimes it works, but often not.
