In Stouffville and got back my service finally on Sunday at 4 pm. I hope you get your services back soon...clearly Rogers goes where their money and customer base is....It's too bad they don't give a detailed service outage breakdown so that you know...
Not like calling in helps anyway. I tried to call last night at 11 pm, and waited over 3 hours and gave up. Tried again this morning at 6:30 am and again, estimated 3 hour wait but I decided I am wasting my time and gave up at 1.5 hours.
