Ooma is not working with new Vantiva Cobra 5G Xtream Gateway

I ordered a my new 5G modem to replace line internet. My VoIP phone Ooma is connected to the new modem via ethernet cable but it stopped working. Ooma is working fine with Rogers ignite internet service previously.Can anyone help?
