Does Rogers allow phone numbers to be parked?  How much does it cost if any and how long can I do it for?       ***Added Labels***

I don't qualify for EPP with my employer, but many years ago there was a plan specific for healthcare workers in Ontario.  Does that still exist and how can I go about getting myself back onto that plan?      **Labels Added**
