This is the second day that the Ignite TV web portal is not working.

Really why is this issue not resolved. Some of us have been living with
the problem since last summer. The best I have been able to obtain in
the way of assistance is to access this feature through my smartphone
which does not work a lot of the time(...
Good luck with your problem. It probably will never get resolved. With
some help from Rogers Support I was finally able to access the Flex
Channel option through my smart phone and the My Rogers App. I don't
consider this a solution but rather an awk...
